Their team structure and back-up systems
Expertise in your style and different print methods
Their revision policy
Remember that no additional use fee, I mentioned? This also extends to your day of stationery! The design fee for custom packages applies to your day of packages as well so you won't need to pay additional design fees to have place cards, menus, table numbers, signage, etc. that matches your wedding aesthetic. Industry standard is to charge another $500-1000 in design fees for your day of needs in addition to printing.
We do not charge you per use on your illustrations! Each package includes non-exclusive, unlimited personal use of your illustrations for your entire wedding or event. For example, that means you can use your monogram on cups, napkins, and beyond without any additional fees. The industry standard is to charge a fee per individual use or limit your ability to share the work with other vendors.
The industry standard is to limit revisions to 2x rounds, even for custom projects. Here at Cotton & Bow, I know sometimes you just don't understand what you want until you see it. Which is why we have an unlimited revisions policy for custom packages and 3x revision rounds for semi-custom packages.
While you'll be working with me, Jaime, one=on-one as the lead for your project, we have a dedicated support team to assist in the event of personal emergencies. So you never have to worry about me ghosting you. We also have a honed back=up system to store your artwork and designs on an encrypted cloud so your work is never at risk of being lost due to individual equipment failure.
Our expertise includes original watercolor artwork, handmade paper, flat, foil, and letterpress printing methods. We are happy to provide samples of any method for you to review before working with us! We are also constantly exploring new print methods and techniques from sculpted embossing, to acrylic and leather, to stay ahead of the trends.

For something so personal, you want to make sure it's done right.
Here's why you should choose a professional over a ready-made design company:
An extra set of eyes on all of your proofs. While I can't guarantee no mistakes (hey, we're all human after all), I can guarantee that having an extra person looking over your invitations before you print will result in fewer mistakes than going it alone.
A real person you can call. Think of me as an additional person on your wedding team! You can shoot me an email or call me any time you have a question about how to word something, who to invite, or if you really need place cards.
You don't know, what you don't know. As a seasoned professional who has been in the wedding stationery business for over five years, I can give you advice on everything from how to word your invites without offending your parents, to how to address an envelope to a married doctor and a lawyer.

If you're like me and can't find what you're looking for from the 1000s of standard invitations on the big websites, LOOK NO FURTHER! Jaime is amazing. When we first spoke, I expressed to her that I hadn't found anything that fit the bill for our Key West wedding. While I did not exactly have a vision of what I wanted, I knew I hadn't seen it, but somehow Jaime made it come to life.... We wanted something that really conveyed the specialness of our destination and she hit the nail on the head. She even helped find vintage stamps with alligators and tropical flowers, that totally created the final "wow!" factor. The handmade paper is just beautiful. So many of our guests have commented on how perfect the invitations are and how excited they are for our wedding. Jaime really captured the vibe perfectly!

Jaime was amazing to work with - I have had very unique, custom requests, and she always understands exactly what my vision is (even when it's hard to explain!). She helped me get custom illustrations printed on stickers and went above and beyond in customer service. I continue to return to her for all sorts of projects and illustrations. She even helped me with my dessert table labels for my wedding and helped me put the concept together. Highly recommend, and I look forward to working with her more
